Recognised contract multi media company who produce customer magazines and e-zines, websites, catalogues, mobile, apps, video and social media. Reporting to the Group Advertisement Director, you will oversee the advertising team for this major retail client's magazines. You will be responsible for generating well in excess of £5 million in revenue through the successful management of your team which includes 1 ad manager, 3 senior sales execs & 1 sales exec and an advertorials controller.

The ideal candidate
• Will be able to work closely with clients to achieve a product that reaches revenue expectations as well as working within set parameters laid down by the client
• Will have experience either in women’s titles, contract retail titles or the health and beauty sector
• Will have great attention to detail
• Will have a calm and consultative approach
• Work well with an established team
The commercial team on this client has consistently overachieved budgets over the last few years and is staffed by an exceptionally talented and experienced ad team who have worked on the title from between 5 years to 18 months. The role calls for a strong people manager who can support the team by making it easy for them to undertake their roles effectively by managing the client and dealing effectively and quickly with client queries as well as leading the team in a confident but inclusive manner.
