Northampton Branch. Long established and highly regarded international recruitment organisation; they are currently looking for a new team manager/senior manager to lead an existing team of consultants into their next phase of growth. 

The Northampton office covers a huge geographical territory across the South Midlands, encompassing major towns including Daventry, Kettering and Wellingborough and is home to some major organisations in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, distribution and commercial organisations. 

The team is incredibly successful and covers Accounting and Finance, Office Support and Senior Finance recruitment, they have just won the “top team” award for consistently delivering quarter on quarter growth of almost 50%!!  Due to this continued growth there are plans in place to continue to grow the business by adding new consultants and new specialisms over the coming months.

They are seeking to appoint a new team manager/senior manager to lead the team into their next phase of growth - this is a great opportunity for someone either looking to make their first step into running their own branch or someone who is excited by growing an existing team in a great market.

To be considered for this role, you should be a consistent biller and already have experience of managing a small team of recruitment consultants ideally within a relevant sector.
