This position plays a key role in supporting the growth of the company by total account management and maintaining existing relationships with key customers. This position will ensure a high level of customer service, sales support and accounts receivable
KEY ACTIVITIES and AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide quick, direct service to all existing customers and prospects in territory.
· Develop and build long term relationships via the phone.
· Work closely with Sales Manager to continuously develop and grow territory.
· Work as part of the Customer Service Team to meet the expectations of our customers.
· Participate and communicate with Sales team
Strive to enter all sales orders 100% accuracy within the day they are received
· Use tracking sheets in contact management database to document errors that affect customers
· Complete all invoicing the day following shipment
· Work closely with Finance department to assist in the collection of outstanding debts
COMPETENCIES:
- Export administration experience
- Sales/customer service experience.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Strong customer focus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outgoing, energetic personality.
- Positive, can do attitude with the willingness to learn.
- Self motivated team player.
Basic salary to £16k
