Our client is a worldwide business with an operational responsibility for product development, production and sales & marketing to both OEM and End User customers in many countries.

The UK is integrated in the North West Europe region and is an especially interesting market with an evolution in the previous years from OEM business to AM business.  The 15 person team is split between sales and refurbishment workshop. The position reports to the North West Europe Unit Manager and is based just outside Milton Keynes.

Tasks

Manage the department providing budgets, forecasts and monthly reports; manage the staff within the unit.

Coach/manage the team and develop employees.

Negotiate commercial contracts internally and externally.

Manage customer accounts and contractual obligations.

Develop appropriate sales and marketing activities.

Ensure business development and RSU growth.

Build and deliver the UK Strategy.

Secure excellent delivery performance to customers.

Requirements

Engineer or Commercial university degree

Capacity to relate to all levels with customers and strong negotiating skills.

Flexible and innovative approach in order to run business, decision maker.

Strategic thinker combined with hands on mentality.

Strong leadership style with managerial experience.

Ability to run a workshop, financial knowledge and abilities.

Good understanding of the overall business and familiar with the service business.

Willingness to travel.
