Fast paced full-service agency wishes to appoint an experienced high flying Business Director to help lead CRM and Social communications for an iconic British brand in the Automotive industry. Based in Milton Keynes


Preferably with 10-15 years Direct Agency experience including trigger based CRM, e-CRM and a strong working knowledge of digital and social media channels (ideally automotive sector).  As a senior account lead you will also have a proven track record of partnering with senior clients (e.g. Head of CRM and Head of Marketing) as well as management of agency teams.


1. You will be the lead for the CRM / e-CRM and social aspects of this presigious account.


2. Key point of contact for senior UK stakeholders of Marketing Director and Head of CRM as well as wider client CRM team.


3. Ownership and accountability for delivering 2012 CRM objectives (and broader 2020 vision) with support from Strategy Director and Strategic Business Lead.


4. Agency CRM team management, development and career stewardship.


5. Responsible for all financial aspects of the account from fee negotiations, reconciliations (monthly) and ensuring effective cost management of all linked suppliers.


6. Longer term ambition (9+ months) would be to grow this agency’s overall CRM function and a percentage of time would be allocated to other clients also.


Overall


You should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be restless to lead the best relationship marketing in the industry that drives meaningful advocacy. You will be comfortable with leading, delegating and also rolling your sleeves up as you and the team will be busy. Typically, within a year the team works on 100+ campaigns across all media touch points (trigger, tactical, social, events, online, content), it’s a role for the best integrated account handler out there.


The role would suit someone living in the Home Counties seeking an alternative to the London commute.
